Was comprised of 15,000 square feet second generation tenant improvement on the first floor of the Aventine in La Jolla. With most of the mechanical systems being exposed JLL expressed the need to have the duct system be integrated into the architectural features of the space and maintain an acceptable sound level. We coordinated the installation of the duct systems with other trades while making sure that the duct was properly sized and included sound liner where needed to provide a comfortable and quite atmosphere.
